About the Role

As the Client Services Officer, you will provide high quality reception and administrative support to the Flynn Drive Dental Centre, and remote and school based dental clinics. You'll be responsible for managing client records, scheduling appointments and reconciling benefit schedules and fee for service payments.

Oral Health Services

Oral Health Services NT provides high-quality dental care across Central Australia, including Alice Springs and remote Aboriginal communities through community and school-based clinics, and remote health centres. Services include children's dentistry, emergency care, preventative treatments, and outreach programs, all delivered with a strong focus on cultural respect and community wellbeing

About You

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated reception/administration experience with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, determine priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively work as part of a multidisciplinary team and interact with people of diverse cultures.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use sound judgement, tact and discretion.
  • High level of computer literacy with proficiency in a range of applications, including Microsoft office suite, records management systems and mainframe databases.
