About the role

We are seeking an experienced Merchandise & Admin professional to join our dynamic team at Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson Ringwood. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the merchandising and administrative functions within our fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the visual merchandising and presentation of our retail displays to drive maximum customer engagement and sales
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability
  • Providing administrative support, including order processing, data entry, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with the wider retail team to implement effective merchandising strategies and initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the merchandising and administrative functions
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar merchandise or administrative role within the retail industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
