What your day will look like….

You'll kick off by reviewing system performance dashboards and collaborating with the ICT support team to swiftly resolve any incidents, ensuring our hosting environment runs flawlessly. As the day unfolds, you'll lead complex change projects—planning, testing, and rolling out enhancements to our cloud, virtualization, and automation platforms—while coaching colleagues to boost team capability. You'll build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, updating documentation, and applying a risk‑based lens to every decision, all in service of maintaining the integrity and security of our systems in line with Queensland Health standards.
