Key Responsibilities

  • Review system performance dashboards and collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for our services.

  • Lead complex change projects, planning, testing, and rolling out enhancements to cloud, virtualization, and automation platforms, driving business value through technology.

  • Coach colleagues to boost team capability and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions, update documentation, and apply a risk-based lens to every decision, ensuring optimal outcomes.
