**Job Overview**The Principal Technology Officer is responsible for providing high-level ICT technical expertise, support and administration across multiple technical domains. This includes maintaining the operational environment, providing support and assistance in task clarification and prioritisation, and ensuring assigned priorities are met according to defined enterprise service levels.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Effectively supervising and managing visiting ICT support staff;
  • Supervising and mentoring a technical team to adhere to unit and organisational goals, policies and procedures;
  • Working with minimal supervision, prioritising and managing workloads, and representing the organisation in communications with senior staff as required.
**Requirements**To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated technical expertise in ICT environments, experience in delivering high-quality ICT support, and interpersonal skills that facilitate good working relationships and quality client service.**About the Organisation**The organisation is one of the largest Information Communication Technology operations in the state, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of information systems and technologies.
