We're looking for a proactive and versatile Club Administrator to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done. A job share arrangement may be considered for the right candidates to support work-life balance and flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate game day operations (availability on Saturdays is essential)
  • Manage club communications, including email and phone enquiries
  • Act as the central point of contact for members, directing queries to relevant coordinators or committee members
  • Provide administrative support to the committee, coaches, and volunteers
  • Coordinate volunteer rosters and schedules
  • Support club events such as sign-on days, photo days, and fundraisers
  • Assist with fixtures, training schedules, and venue bookings
  • Provide ad hoc support across club portfolios as needed
  • Facilitate access to club facilities in collaboration with the Operations Manager
  • Assist with membership processes and liaise with Football Queensland and Squadi where required

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Confidence working with diverse stakeholders

Available for Saturday onsite game day operations (typically 7am-2pm during football season)

Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience

Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
