As an iconic South Australian disability services provider, Minda has a 300+ strong volunteer workforce. We require a full time Community Engagement Coordinator - Volunteer and Fundraising, to lead the coordination and delivery of volunteering and fundraising initiatives, as well as the allocation of volunteer resources to meet objectives.

**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, compliance and placement of Volunteers.
- Deliver fundraising initiatives in collaboration with business and community groups.
- Contribute to fundraising income goals through community engagement.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and service clubs to support fundraising and volunteering events.
- Maintain volunteer records in line with compliance standards, and report on volunteer metrics and fundraising outcomes.
- Implement improvements to volunteer systems, processes, and experiences.

**What you’ll bring**
- Significant experience in volunteer coordination and/or community fundraising, involving managing events or community-based programs.
- Proven history of the successful delivery of fundraising initiatives that generate support and income.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an empathetic approach.
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate competing priorities and direct resources to where needed.
- A Positive, proactive and solutions focused mindset.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or substantial equivalent experience.
