**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated **Functions Administrator** to join our team on a casual/part-time basis (25 hours per week). This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality who enjoys planning, coordinating, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and administer all aspects of functions and events
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Prepare function sheets and work closely with kitchen and service teams
- Assist with venue bookings, event logistics, and customer follow-up
- Ensure compliance with company standards and hospitality protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to functions

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in the hospitality industry is essential**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and function management systems (preferred)
- Flexibility to work days as required
