About the role
Deliver essential admin support to managers and clinical teams by preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Act as secretary for SACs as required, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Be the communication hub by handling inbound and outbound calls, managing enquiries, and providing exceptional frontline customer service.
Keep things running smoothly by updating rosters, coordinating clinic cover, assisting with payroll queries, and supporting mandatory training compliance.
Maintain accurate data and reporting by completing data entry, assisting with audits, preparing departmental reports, and supporting performance review processes.
Support key projects and services by helping with patient appointment coordination, patient experience surveys, and administrative tasks for the HOPE platform.
About you
We are seeking a motivated and professional candidate who brings:
Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-volume setting.
Strong communication and customer service skills, delivering clear, professional, and friendly interactions at all times.
A collaborative mindset, working effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the initiative to solve problems and prioritise competing demands.
Confidence with technology, including email, Microsoft Office, and clinical information systems, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
