What are we after?

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to build our business in Australia. This position is responsible to oversee the day-to-day running of our business in the UK and Ireland and report back to Head Office in Australia on a Weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management - review purchasing, ensure on delivery of client orders, oversee stocktake responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory

  • Maintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitude and demonstrate the company's Core Values

  • Adhere to our ISO9001 quality management processes

  • Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client's organisation from their CEO to a Systems Administrator

  • Utilise all reporting tools to provide clear and updated information for the CEO and business owners

  • Keep up to date with local regulations and approvals

  • Contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to implement ideas

  • Leadership experience

  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

  • Great IT skills

  • Well organised and structured

Minimum of 5 years of Operations Management experience is required.

This position has plenty of room to grow with opportunities to manage new territory managers as Soltaro enter new International markets.
