About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing promotional campaigns from start to finish. This role works closely with both the Marketing and Category teams and suppliers to ensure promotional plans are executed effectively and efficiently. This includes forecasting and preparing catalogue stock orders and developing the communication for visual merchandising in store. You will be part of a close-knit team that is responsible for all areas of marketing, advertising and promotions to support our network of pharmacies around the country.

This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) based at our Support Office in Mansfield. A salary of $60,000-$65,000 plus superannuation applies.

Duties:

  • Ensure end to end creation of National Catalogue, Local Area Catalogue and Affiliate Catalogues;
  • Assist in developing the supporting campaign collateral, digital, social and ATL activity;
  • Develop the visual merchandising guide & standards which will be executed across stores nationally; and
  • Use your analytical skills to forecast promotional product lines and report on performance;
  • Work closely with stores, suppliers & wholesalers to ensure adequate stock is available in stores on time & throughout promotional periods;
  • Be involved in rolling out brand & marketing initiatives – including TV advertising, in store POS and category partnerships.

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly competent (minimum Intermediate level) with Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel;
  • Prior experience in roles involving data management, pricing, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial. Experience within the Pharmacy industry or retail sector is highly regarded;
  • Ability to organise time efficiently and work to deadlines;
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently and autonomously;
  • Exhibits a high standard of trust, loyalty and responsibility.
