Conscious Care Group is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, reliable Mental Health Support Workers to join our team. We are a boutique NDIS provider supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS), and we pride ourselves on creating a positive, supportive, and safe environment for both our team and the people we support.

You will support participants living with a range of mental health conditions, including ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD, and Schizophrenia. Experience in mental health, disability support, community services, or nursing (AIN, EN, RN) is highly valued. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.
Shifts include (not limited to):
- Day shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Evening shifts: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Sleepover & active overnights: 10:00pm – 6:00am
We're looking for individuals who are calm, caring, and committed to providing safe, high-quality support.
You'll need:
- Experience in mental health or disability support
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver's licence and safe, insured vehicle
