We're looking for a motivated family lawyer to join our boutique, client-focused practice. This role is ideal for a graduate lawyer, newly admitted solicitor, or early-career lawyer (1–2 years PAE) who's eager to develop strong advocacy and case management skills in a supportive, flexible environment.​

About the Role:

You'll have the opportunity to:

​

  • Manage and run your own family law files (with close mentoring and supervision).
  • Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
  • Work across a diverse range of parenting, property, and family violence matters.
  • Build your confidence in client communication, advocacy, and casework.

​

You'll receive extensive on-the-job training and mentoring while being trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one. We offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with in-person attendance required only for court and client commitments.
