We're looking for a motivated family lawyer to join our boutique, client-focused practice. This role is ideal for a graduate lawyer, newly admitted solicitor, or early-career lawyer (1–2 years PAE) who's eager to develop strong advocacy and case management skills in a supportive, flexible environment.
About the Role:
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Manage and run your own family law files (with close mentoring and supervision).
- Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
- Work across a diverse range of parenting, property, and family violence matters.
- Build your confidence in client communication, advocacy, and casework.
You'll receive extensive on-the-job training and mentoring while being trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one. We offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with in-person attendance required only for court and client commitments.
About You:
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are a graduate, newly admitted, or early-career lawyer (1–2 years PAE) with a genuine interest in family law.
- Have strong written and verbal advocacy skills and are confident engaging with clients.
- Are proactive, organised, and ready to hit the ground running.
- Want to learn, grow, and contribute to a compassionate, professional practice
