This is a contract opportunity, initially for 6 months where you will work closely with a project implementation team on both a Workday and Lumary (Salesforce) build.  This is an opportunity to lead and support a project team but remain 'hands on' with your Testing skills.

Day to day, some of your responsibilities will include;

  • Work closely with the PM, BA, Vendors and business SME's to understand system requirements and processes.
  • Oversee all phases of testing including unit and system testing, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance and security testing.
  • Design and develop detailed test cases and scenarios based on requirements for both platforms.
  • Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases and business outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure test scope, entry/exit criteria and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and agreed.
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve any defects or issues found during testing.
  • Provide reporting on test progress, defects, risks and readiness for go-live.
  • Lead testing efforts around data conversion, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

The role is hybrid and will require you to work in the Cheltenham office 1-2 days per week.
