Software and AI Developer Intern

Four to six week internship (unpaid) with pathway to paid role

Hypex is in a serious growth phase in AI and AI Agentics.

We are shifting from a typical agency to a value partner that helps businesses scale with production ready AI agents and custom software. Join us to build systems that deliver real outcomes.

Why This Role Matters:

You will help ship AI agents, automations, and web apps that remove bottlenecks for clients across lead capture, qualification, booking flows, and post sale support.

What You Will Do:


• Build and refine React and components


• Create agent workflows using OpenAI, V0, Cursor, n8n, Supabase, and HubSpot


• Integrate APIs and event driven automations that scale reliably


• Add analytics and simple guardrails so agents are safe, observable, and effective


• Document clearly and demo outcomes to the team and clients

What You Will Learn:


• Turning business pain points into scoped agent behaviours with acceptance criteria


• Prompt, tool, and memory design for agents that handle tasks end to end


• Modern delivery with Git, reviews, and lightweight CI


• Product thinking with speed to value and measurable results

Heres What You Should Bring:


• Curiosity about AI Agentics and how software creates leverage


• Familiarity with React, , and JavaScript or TypeScript


• Comfort working with APIs, JSON, and basic databases


• Clear communication, ownership, and a friendly team mindset

Nice To Haves:


• Experience with Supabase, Node, n8n, Vercel


• Exposure to retrieval, embeddings, or tool use for agents


• Basics in analytics and event tracking
