Nurture Care Australia is an NDIS-registered service provider dedicated to nurturing care and empowering lives. We provide personalised, high-quality supports across Community Access, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (STA), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), In-Home Support, and ILO services.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Male Support Workers to join our growing team and provide professional support to participants in line with their NDIS goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to male participants, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence are respected at all times.
  • Assist participants with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support participants in engaging with community, recreational, cultural, and social activities.
  • Encourage skill development, independence, and capacity building in everyday routines.
  • Implement behaviour support strategies (where relevant and trained), ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Administer medication and follow health care plans (as required).
  • Accurately complete shift notes, incident reports, and progress documentation in line with NCA policy.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and a safe, respectful environment at all times.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $69.00 per hour
