Marketing and Events Coordinator (MEC)

Co.As.It. is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about marketing, communications, and event management, and who thrives in a dynamic, community-focused organisation.

Reporting to the Marketing and Events Communication Manager, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and promotion of Co.As.It.'s marketing initiatives and events.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Events, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or events coordination.
  • Proven digital marketing skills, including social media management and content creation.
  • Strong event planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Italian language and culture.
  • Experience working with CALD communities and/or in the community services, language, or education sectors.
