**We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator who has a styling, event or interiors background or knowledge to join our growing team**

**About the role**
- **Content creation**:Use in-app tools, CapCut and Canva to create visually appealing and engaging social media posts and videos that align with social trends and resonate with our target audience. Identify opportunities to adapt and repurpose content effectively for different social channels such as Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok to maximise reach and impact.
- **Trend tracking and ideation**: Proactively generate innovative social media video ideas that align with our brands purpose and social media goals. Identify and incorporate current social trends into content creation, ensuring alignment with our brands and audience interests.
- **Project management and coordination**:Ensure there is always a pipeline of approved content available to post, with at least a week's worth of content planned and ready for publication. Efficiently coordinate resources, such as equipment, tools, and team members, to achieve desired outcomes in content creation and distribution. Use tools and templates to streamline workflows.
- **Platform expertise**: Act as an expert on all social media platforms. Create and distribute social content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Actively monitor engagement and key metrics to optimise social media accounts, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

**About you**
- You live and breathe social media and religiously follow trends.
- Proficient in video editing within social platforms and using CapCut and Canva.
- Driver's licence and ability to be out of the office capturing and creating content on location.
- Exceptional written communication skills, skilled at writing for social media.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- You have a high attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- **Interiors knowledge, event design & production, styling and a creative flair is essential for this role.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Australia (preferred)
