What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily activities
  • Engage clients in community activities and social outings
  • Administer medications and support health management
  • Create a clean, comfortable living environment for clients

What We're Looking For:

  • A heart for helping others and a passion for creating an inclusive society
  • Excellent communication skills and a great listener
  • Adaptability and confidence in various environments
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (highly desirable)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle + comprehensive insurance
  • Those who have/are willing to obtain a Blue Card & NDIS/Yellow Card
