About the role
We are seeking a strategic, commercially astute, and relationship-driven Business individual to spearhead the growth of our ServiceNow consulting services. This is a pivotal role that blends sales strategy, partner engagement, and opportunity conversion to accelerate our presence in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and driving revenue growth across licensing, consulting, and services within the Fujitsu ServiceNow business.
Open to both Canberra and Sydney locations.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively grow the ServiceNow consulting services pipeline, consistently exceeding year-over-year revenue growth and new purchase order targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and ServiceNow's evolving product landscape.
- Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts with precision and insight.
- Build and maintain strong, commercially valuable relationships with:
- ServiceNow Account Executives
- Regional and product line sales teams
- ISV and ServiceNow Store sales teams
- Executive partner management and professional services units
- Act as a trusted advisor and connector between internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Requirements and Experience:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and growth targets in a ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including licensing models, partner programs, and product offerings.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level RFX processes.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
