We've just created a brand-new position We're looking for a Marketing Business Partner to join our friendly marketing and comms team based in Welshpool (Perth, WA)

What you'll be doing:

As our Marketing Business Partner you'll join our legendary marketing & comms team. You'll work closely with different business units to provide strategic marketing support, develop tailored campaigns, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels. You'll play a key role in connecting our programs with communities, driving participation and awareness, and helping to share the incredible impact YMCA WA makes every day. Curious? You'll be great in this role if you…

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or bring equivalent practical experience).
• Have a passion for using marketing to make a real difference in local communities.
• Can build strong partnerships with stakeholders and translate their goals into impactful campaigns.
• Bring creativity and strategic thinking to developing content and marketing plans.
• Enjoy managing projects from concept through to delivery, keeping brand values front of mind.
• Are confident analysing results and using data insights to continuously improve campaigns.
• Very competent using the MS Office suite and digital marketing/social media tools/platforms
