VAP NSW Pty Ltd is part of a renowned chain of restaurants, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our QLD branch, Rydaba Pty Ltd (associated entity) t/a Vapiano, located in Ipswich, 37 Nicholas St, Ipswich QLD 4305

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar managerial within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to oversee restaurant operations, including managing dining service, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from entry to departure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training staff, scheduling shifts, and fostering a positive, efficient work environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the demands of the restaurant industry.

Position Details:

  • Full-time positions offering an annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications) plus superannuation.
