Our #AAA ActionPacked Graduate Program provides you with a well-rounded knowledge base that sets you up for success, while providing several layers of built-in supervision. You will...

• Build your capability across many areas of OT, including assistive tech, home mods, paediatrics, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health.
• Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity
• Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities

From a paediatric play-based session to help a child develop motor skills, to assessing & making recommendations on potential modifications to the environment through assistive tech or home mods to improve accessibility; the work of an OT is varied. You will…

• Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
• Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision 
• Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops
• Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.

About You

We are seeking a person who has:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist (Or will obtain by Aug 2025)
• A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
• A desire to make a real difference within the community
• Experience within paediatrics

• A Team Player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT

• Eligible for registration with AHPRA upon graduating as an OT
