We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:

• Innovative and creative, using thorough assessment and occupational analysis skills as well as your creative thinking to address our clients needs.
• Occupation focused and team-oriented, having a strong client focus and ability to work collaboratively alongside your clients support team to achieve great outcomes.
• Motivated and a change maker, driven by strong work ethic, high organisational skills, and a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to support people with disability and the aged in achieving their functional, social and wellbeing goals.

·      Assess and develop intervention plans for clients requiring environmental modifications, assistive technology and home and living solutions.

·      Advocating for clients needs to achieve their goals in life.
