Our client is a national builder well known for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia. A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business our client is looking for the best of the best to join a team delivering a $140m commercial project. The team is composed of seasoned engineers, architects, and trade professionals who leverage the latest building technologies and sustainable practices. They are dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensuring every project is executed with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking experienced Project Engineer to join their high-performing team. The Role

  • Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure
  • Compile and complete documentation related to your designated workflow
  • Working within the engineering team managing individual responsibilities, assisting with documentation and
  • Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
  • Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering an $90m commercial development
  • Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
  • Reporting directly to your site based Senior Project Engineer & Project Manager you will have all the support required but also show a capability to work autonomously as required

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for a local Commercial construction head contractor working on large scale developments
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
  • Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
