About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and hands-on Digital Content Creator & Social Coordinator to join our team two days per week. This is a unique role that combines on-site filming, content creation, editing, and social media management. You'll work on the factory floor capturing real-time video and photography of our process and people, transforming it into engaging digital content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Beyond filming and editing, you'll take ownership of captions, posting schedules, and engagement to ensure our brand voice is strong and consistent.
Key Responsibilities- Capture authentic, behind-the-scenes content in our factory and on installation sites.
- Edit and produce Reels, Videos and Stories using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
- Develop creative concepts and content calendars to showcase our work and culture.
- Write captions, add commentary, and manage posting across social platforms.
- Monitor engagement and use insights to refine content and boost reach.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing with a strong sense of pacing, style, and storytelling.
- A creative mindset with flair for captions and content ideas.
- Confident filming in a dynamic workshop environment (noise, movement, tools).
- Reliable, proactive, and able to deliver consistently to deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Part-time position, 2 days per week with flexibility in scheduling.
