We are currently hiring a Senior Development Manager to deliver high-quality residential and integrated housing developments across New South Wales.

Reporting to the Head of Development NSW & VIC, this role will see you oversee the end-to-end delivery of greenfield and upgrade projects, manage key stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our communities through expert project management, financial oversight, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage development projects from feasibility to completion.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and specifications to ensure project success.
  • Manage external consultants and coordinate tender and construction processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support project launches.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience in residential and integrated housing development.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including Estate Master proficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of planning approvals, construction contracts, and infrastructure.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development and performance.
