We're a family-owned landscaping company working across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter. We're growing fast — and this is your chance to lead the concreting arm of the business.


What's the Opportunity?

We're looking for a highly skilled Concretor/Formworker (minimum 3 years' experience) to take ownership of:

  • Pool surrounds
  • Structural bond beams
  • Concrete slabs & driveways
  • Retaining wall footings and more

You'll run the job site, lead small teams, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Site setup and layout
  • Reading plans, setting levels, drains
  • Formwork and steel fixing
  • Concrete pouring and finishing
  • Ordering materials & managing timelines
  • Operating demo saws & small machines
  • Communicating with clients and the office
  • Using our CRM to track jobs and KPIs

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years' concreting experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • A "Can Do" attitude and high attention to detail
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence + White Card
  • First Aid Cert (preferred)
  • Excavator/forklift ticket (a bonus)
