About the Role: As a Works Supervisor/Contract Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring smooth operations. From planning and managing jobs to coordinating with subcontractors and making sure everything stays on track, you'll be key to delivering great service and safety.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize and manage daily work schedules and job workflows.
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep everyone informed.
  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
  • Handle job finances, including quoting, invoicing, and cost tracking.
  • Keep records up to date in business management systems (e.g., Simpro, ProMAp, Maximo, Catalyst, BSAFE).

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in project coordination, workflow management, or operations.
  • Background in electrical work – highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask as priorities shift.
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Understanding of health and safety compliance in a service-based industry.
  • Experience working with subcontractors is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • some experience in project management, contract management, or related fields.
  • Post-secondary qualification in electrical or asset management is highly desirable.
