The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with strong civil and pipeline experience to join us on a full-time basis, based in Townsville and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support across civil and pipeline infrastructure projects.
  • Assist Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contract Administrators with planning, delivery, and project close-out.
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Track and report on project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and resource planning.
  • Support risk management and project control processes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the civil construction industry.
  • Proven experience in civil services and pipeline works.
  • Strong capability in managing project budgets, reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across varied project scopes.
  • White Card and current Driver's Licence (essential).
