Senior Finance Analyst

City location - 3 days in the office and 2 from Home | Competitive Salary + Benefits

In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis, financial modelling, and strategic advice that enables business transformation and improved profitability.

What you'll be doing:

You'll support the Commercial Finance Manager across all aspects of supply chain finance, including:

  • Providing financial modelling and business case support on major supply chain projects
  • Leading post-implementation reviews to measure project benefits and outcomes
  • Delivering monthly reporting, metrics, and commentary for senior leadership
  • Partnering with stakeholders to prepare detailed budgets and forecasts
  • Presenting results and highlighting key risks and opportunities to drive informed decision-making
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

You'll bring at least 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally within retail, FMCG, eCommerce, or logistics. You are CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) and highly proficient in financial modelling and working with large data sets.

You'll also have:

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to challenge the status quo and deliver value-add insights
