About the role:

The key responsibility of this role involves overseeing the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences with a focus on development of our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, support your team during busy service periods, and step up confidently in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

You will be required to work a flexible rotating roster across a 7-day week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will have the chance to grow in Melbourne's newest luxury hotel, that also happens to be sustainably focused.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • A natural leader who leads from the front and is engaging to both guests and team members
  • Strong working knowledge of POS and Reservations systems
  • Calm, confidant, great communicator with attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and sustainability
