About the Role

The Casual Field Service Coordinator – Surgical plays an important role in supporting our Service Centre team in a friendly, office-based setting. You will help manage the flow of surgical equipment and deliver excellent support to our internal stakeholders, including field service engineers and sales representatives. This role involves working approximately three days per week between 9am-5pm, with two days at our Macquarie Park office (ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible work-from-home options. We're looking for a highly organised, reliable, and responsible individual—the rest will be fully trained.

What You'll Do

  • Log Product Experience Forms from customers into our complaints system.
  • Prepare basic work order quotes for customers not covered by a Service Contract.
  • Manage the documentation and logistics of incoming and outgoing surgical equipment by validating paperwork and coordinating courier bookings.
  • Assist with unboxing and packing surgical equipment before and after repairs.
  • Organise the shipment of loan equipment to customers.
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
