Job Summary
As Head of Performance Reporting, you'll lead financial performance and corporate FP&A across the HUB24 Group, driving alignment with our strategic goals and growth ambitions.
You'll own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting frameworks, ensuring they are accurate, transparent, and strategically aligned across all business units. A key part of your role will be crafting clear, high-impact board and executive presentations that guide critical decisions and support investor communications.
Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead the Group's end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Align financial performance with strategic objectives across all business units.
- Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support executive decision-making.
Board & Executive Reporting
- Prepare clear, strategic financial presentations for the Board and Executive Committee.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with CFO and Investor Relations on ASX reporting and external communications.
Business and Commercial Analysis
- Drive financial insight and commercial support across the Group and Platform business.
- Evaluate revenue, pricing, investments, and expense management from a strategic lens.
- Lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and process efficiency.
Platform & Pricing Strategy
- Own pricing governance across platform and enterprise offerings.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to refine pricing models and strategies.
- Monitor pricing performance and deliver insights to maximise growth and margin outcomes.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals and analysts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years' senior finance experience, ideally within financial services or tech environments.
- Deep expertise in FP&A, strategic planning, and platform business models.
- Proven track record of leading group budgeting and preparing board-level materials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities; BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Ability to influence decisions through clear, data-driven insights.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Curious, solutions-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Able to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.
