We are looking to recruit the very best commercial property representative to join our Team

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Representative, reporting to the Manager of Commercial Property Management, your main responsibilities will be:

●       Prospecting for new clients to build the rent roll.

●       Onboarding clients to the business.

●       Trust accounting owner and tenancy ledger management.

●       Arrears management.

●       Preparation of annual budgets and reconciliations.

●       Facilitating and managing landlord insurances.

●       Managing transfer of leases/assignment of leases.

●       Respond and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.

●       Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections including condition reports.

●       Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.

●       Liaising with sales agents when properties are for sale and for lease.

What you'll need to succeed

●       Experience in Real Estate, preferably in property management.

●       Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements.

●       A proactive approach to property management.

●       A willing and positive attitude.

●       Strong focus on customer service.

●       Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.

●       Proven verbal and written communication skills.

●       Knowledge of Re-Leased and Cirrus 8 software.

●       Knowledge of Gmail suite of products.

●       A valid Tasmanian Property Representative Licence or higher.

●       Current drivers licence and own car.
