Legal Secretary / Office Administration

McMullen Lawyers is a long-standing firm operating from well-appointed offices in Rosny Park, providing high quality service to private and small business clients in the areas of:

· property conveyancing including subdivision / property transfers

· business transactions including commercial leases

· estate planning

· deceased estates – estate administration

The upcoming retirement of a senior staff member creates an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated legal secretary/administrator to join our team for the next exciting term of our development.

The ideal candidate will be a competent commercial legal secretary who is confident to take a lead role in developing office procedures and being a 'go to' person in designated areas of the firm's business.

Solid knowledge of Office 365 products, LEAP legal software, TRO and LIST, PEXA, ASIC – PPSR, Infotrack  would be an advantage.
