Platinum Window Cleaning (PWC) is looking for reliable, energetic people to join our Brisbane team. Whether you're new to the industry or have experience, we provide full training and support so you can succeed and grow.

What's on offer:

  • Start as a casual with a 3-month probation period at the Award Wage (super & work cover included)
  • For team members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude, full-time opportunities are often available within 3 months—sometimes even sooner. If ongoing casual employment suits you better, that's an option too. We're committed to finding the best fit for both you and the business.
  • Full-time package: $65,000 base salary + up to $250/week in performance bonuses (conditions apply)
  • Fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card for work use
  • Comprehensive training provided—no prior experience needed

About you:

  • Physically fit and enjoy hands-on work
  • Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work

  • Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with customers
  • Experience in window cleaning is a plus, but not required—just be adaptable and coachable
