The Role:

Learn from an Award-winning Team

Work alongside our award-winning digital marketing team to develop strategies that propel aspiring brands into competitive markets. You'll gain hands-on experience in crafting digital marketing strategies that lead to real business growth, not just increased traffic.

Build Growth Strategies

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for e-commerce and B2B brands. This includes planning campaigns, creatives, copy and reviewing website optimisations to drive growth. Understand the crucial role your campaigns play within the full customer journey to present the right message, on the right channel, at the right time.

Manage Paid Advertising

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You'll be at the forefront of creating campaigns that are not only creative but also drive growth.

Collaboration

Collaborate closely with our design and video team to develop compelling creatives for your campaigns. As channels like Meta continue to evolve, the success of your marketing approach continues to become more dictated by the creative than just the targeting.

Data-Driven Decisions

Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and refine strategies across channels, ensuring our efforts are always optimised for the best results.

Client Management

Work directly with clients, effectively communicating to understand their goals and core values. Develop strategies that not only achieve these goals but communicate how each component of the strategy relates back to their values for successful long-term relationships.

Requirements for the Role:

Paid Advertising Expertise: 3+ years of experience in SEO and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
