Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Spare Parts Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service, aftersales support, and spare parts management. This role will diagnosing customer issues, maintaining stock levels for service vans and the service centre, and assisting with various tasks to support our National Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and troubleshoot product-related inquiries via phone, email, in person, and chat (service, spare parts, warranties, and product information).
  • Demonstrate a high level of written communication skills.
  • Provide reception coverage when needed, including:
  • Scheduling service centre bookings.
  • Assisting customers with service, spare parts, warranties, and product information.
  • Maintain stock levels for the service vans and service centre.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.
  • Possess and maintain detailed knowledge of spare parts and diagnostics.
  • Import warranty jobs into Sage and upload daily job sheets from service vans.
  • Upload serial numbers and process Sureshot sales orders from the website.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist with repairs on buggies when required.
  • Support the National Service Manager and Senior Management Team with business-related tasks as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid computer skills.
  • Experience in Sage and Zendesk preferred but not mandatory.
  • Quick to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Previous background in retail or high-volume customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong phone manner.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
