About The Role
Based in BYD's Melbourne office in Mulgrave, this role supports our
Aftersales Operations
team. We are offering a
Parts Coordinator
position, and your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Guide dealers in using the company's spare parts ordering and management system (DMS).
  • Provide effective support for system-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to the supervisor or IT team.
  • Monitor and follow up on daily spare parts orders to ensure accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track order status and secure on-time delivery.
  • Handle daily inquiries from dealers (stock availability, pricing, delivery lead time, etc.).
  • Collect dealer feedback, document issues, and support resolution follow-up.
  • Maintain accuracy of customer and order information in the system.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and weekly reports related to orders and customer support. Coordination & Communication
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, After-Sales, and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
  • Assist in new product launch activities and dealer communication

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Automotive-related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in automotive accessories, spare parts, or related supply chain roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in computer skills, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, etc.); ERP/CRM system experience is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
