Their Retirement Solutions division combines its proprietary technology, process and people to deliver a comprehensive financial data solution to its Superannuation clients. They partner with and support Funds across all Superannuation sectors, including government, industry, retail and corporate; delivering market leading services and solutions.
They are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic Financial Adviser. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 5 days per fortnight in their office based in Melbourne CBD, and 5 days per fortnight working from home. The working week is a total of 37.5 hours with no expected overtime or weekend work.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering strategic, quality advice to their clients through the provision of intra-fund and general advice. This is not a sales focused role, but rather a customer centric role where all leads are sourced, vetted, and booked for you. You will be providing advice to everyday Australians whilst utilising fully-automated work flow systems. You will have the support of a Paraplanning team, Technical Officer, Administration team and a Compliance team.
Responsibilities include:
Assist Australians to understand their Superannuation, providing them with simple financial advice over-the-phone, by;
- Understanding their needs
- Breaking complex concepts down into something they can understand
- Gathering the client's circumstances, goals and objectives in an online fact find
- Providing intra fund advice and retirement advice
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing referral sources
Requirements:
- Completed FASEA educational requirements
- Registered (currently or previously) on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register
- A passion for financial advice and helping people
- Flexible and able to manage multiple competing business priorities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
