About the role:
Multiple exciting opportunities to fill for experienced Financial Advisors to embrace ever further growth.
To be successful in the Financial Adviser role, you will be a natural at engaging clients and leading them on the financial advice journey. You will be responsible for providing education and (obviously) matching their objectives, preferences and requirements with delivering quality advice. You’ll also be organised and process oriented, so capable of taking a volume of clients through our mapped process.
**You receive 5 new clients with completed fact finds per week **Each week, every week, to advise No prospecting or cold calling, plus with the backing of your own in-house support team of paraplanners and CSOs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and holistic financial advice to new clients
- Maintain and deliver an excellent client experience to maximise retention and client referral
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure recommendations are executed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain technical and comprehensive knowledge of current compliance requirements
- Liaise with paraplanners and admin support and provide direction when needed
- Continue to grow a portfolio of clients with a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
About you
You will be a charismatic yet process oriented individual who thrives on exceeding goals and making some serious money. You will effortlessly build rapport with our clients and your support team, whilst you enjoy working with a wider collaborative team and driven company directors.
You will hold the following;
- Listed on ASIC's Financial Adviser Register
- Passed FASEA exam and tertiary education in related discipline
- Previous experience as a financial adviser/planner
- Experience providing advice on superannuation and insurance
- Strong understanding of financial planning compliance and regulations
- Proven phone manner, professionalism, and sales experience
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workflows
- Flexible and open to learning new processes and working under pressure
- Financially motivated and prepared to take calls during the evenings
This is a high energy role, with the opportunity to grow a substantial ongoing revenue stream.
