About the role

TAFE SA is seeking a dynamic Principal Business Resilience Lead (PBRL) is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of TAFE SA's resilience framework including custodianship of TAFE SA's enterprise incident management and business continuity systems.

The PBRL will ensure the standardisation and effectiveness of resilience practices including through the maintenance of fit for purpose policies, procedures, systems, and tools to manage resiliency across TAFE SA's campuses, course and/or operations.

The role works collaboratively with stakeholders across TAFE SA to delivery solution focussed, expert advisory services to ensure effective incident management, and ensure organisational preparedness and maintenance of relevant and comprehensive business continuity plans for critical business activities.

Special Conditions

The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

  • Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
  • Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
