The Role

As our Internal Sales & Coordinator, you'll work alongside our existing Customer SuccessCoordinator and report to the Commercial Manager. You'll support our dealer network and OTs, organise training, share education, and represent the Enable Lifecare brand with pride.

This is a role where you'll gain experience, build relationships, and grow your career — all while contributing to meaningful change in healthcare.

What You'll Do
  • Support dealers with product questions and coordinate joint visits.
  • Organise and deliver training sessions for dealers and occupational therapists.
  • Share education and product updates to build dealer and OT confidence.
  • Engage in telesales to highlight promotions and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and wider team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

  • A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Confident (or willing to learn) in proactive phone calling.
  • Tech-savvy and confident with CRM systems and digital tools.
