We invite experienced front of house WAITERS, Maitre D and Restaurant Managers to join our dedicated and experienced team. We are specialists first class hospitality serving bespoke cocktails to match our house made spirits. You will have the opportunity to hone your skills with our staff who are worldclass.

Our Story:

Named after the historic lane that was once a bustling centre for the city's grain trade with warehouses lining the street. Grainery Lane Distillery & Cocktail Bar is located in one of these warehouses and produces spirits made from local grain, herbs, berries and botanicals.

The one-of-a-kind 1880's saloon bar found and sourced from half way around the world brings back the glitz and glamour of the city's goldrush era – think Peaky Blinders meets The Great Gatsby – this original bar spans an entire wall, backdropped by sparkling chandeliers, and furniture from the same era.

Hidden within the venue is a secret speakeasy bar where you will be taken back to the glitz and glamour of the roaring 1920s. Have fun and let your hair down in true prohibition era style.

Grainery Lane's own eight types of gin and two different types of vodka, have been crafted with links to the surrounding produce in the region.

The drinks menu showcases Grainery Lane's unique gin and vodka products mixed with traditional cocktails, plus a select range of other spirits and drinks. The food menu continues the liquor theme with many of the dishes infused with Grainery Lane spirits – think gin-infused oysters and vodka beetroot, while the rest of the menu will be a fusion of East Asian and South America flavours.

  • Experience in table service
  • Ability to be adaptable and responsive to customer needs.
  • Well organised, with a passion for hospitality and delivering a unique and memorable experience to customers.
