We're looking for a motivated and community-minded person to step into the role of Programs and Events Officer within the Community Wellbeing team.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver responsive, strengths-based programs and initiatives from within the Tea Tree Gully Library and wider community spaces.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with local service providers, businesses and community groups.
  • Support volunteers contributing to program delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve programs using data and community feedback.
  • Promote community participation and visibility of programs through effective marketing and engagement.

This is a permanent part time (0.8FTE) opportunity

What You'll Bring

  • Understanding of community development principles and a passion for improving community wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering inclusive programs or services in a community setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital awareness program delivery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Experience working with volunteers and coordinating events or programs.
  • Confidence using technology and data to guide decision-making.
  • DHS Working With Children Check.
  • South Australian Class C Driver's Licence.
