Locations: Paddington | Five Dock | Moore Park

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma or higher qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) to join our Toddler Room team. You will work collaboratively with other educators to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment for our toddlers.

We're seeking an educator who understands the unique needs of toddlers and embraces a play-based, child-led curriculum inspired by nature, sustainability, and creativity. An interest in using loose parts and upcycled materials to extend learning experiences is highly valued.

Across all our centres, we pride ourselves on fostering a strong sense of community and creating a home away from home for children, families, and educators alike. We consistently maintain staff-to-child ratios above regulatory requirements and support our teams with the time and resources needed to provide high-quality education and care.

This position also offers the opportunity for career progression, with the potential to step into a Room Leader or Management role in the future for the right candidate demonstrating leadership potential and professional growth.
