**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We're looking for Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our Centres in Erskine Park.

KIDZSPOT Dilga is a niche Baby and Junior Toddler Centre and KIDZSPOT Lima is a niche Pre-School Centre. The Centres have 27 and 29 places respectively and offer a boutique style service that is like a home away from home. You'll get to work with a great team of people and you'll have the opportunity to move in between Centres as well as moving up to higher levels of responsibility. KIDZSPOT is growing fast.

**ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATES**

**_Qualifications & Experience - the must haves include: _**
- A recognised CERTIFICATE III or DIPLOMA qualification
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience in a Centre-based service

**_Soft skills - the must haves_**

To be a great Educator you must have energy and passion to work with kids all day, every day. You're the person we're looking for if you hold all the relevant qualifications above _and_ you:

- are a do-er and show initiative
- love to engage with children and to discover new and exciting ways to contribute to their learning & development
- work well with others and can lead others
- have a proven record of being a reliable, punctual and professional worker
- have strong communication skills and can build relationships easily
