Join a leading financial services organisation and play a key role in shaping secure technology solutions across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Security Consultant to provide expert guidance and support across a wide range of IT domains and business functions.

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you'll be part of a collaborative team within the wider Cyber Security function. You'll work closely with delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure security is embedded into systems and applications from design through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert cyber security advice and guidance across technology platforms and business functions.
  • Support architecture and design reviews, threat modelling, and control assessments.
  • Ensure production systems meet baseline security controls and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive secure practices and support remediation efforts.
  • Balance effective security with business risk appetite and cost-effective solutions.
  • Stay across regulatory and governance requirements in financial services.

About You

  • Proven experience in cyber security consulting within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and on-prem security controls.
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial services.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving best practices and continuous improvement.
