ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Distribution Analyst to join our Global Distribution Centre in Avalon on a 6 month contract. You will be responsible for analysing distribution performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and cost of business. You will review network results, analyse data, and make recommendations to deliver action across a global distribution network, by preparing and communicating performance reports to support actionable insights. You will coordinate projects to deliver process improvement to cost of business, team member and customer experience, as well as lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives that drive DC efficiencies and best practices. We are looking for someone who has a passion for driving operational efficiencies and delivering practical insights to improve performance, if this sounds like you then this could be your new role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


•    Demonstrated experience in a similar role Analyst role

•    Proven experience in high volume and highly complex supply chain/logistics operations

•    Ability to engage and influence people to deliver on our vision, best practices and safety

•    Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify opportunities

•    High level of attention to detail, organisational and communication skills

•    Demonstrated experience preparing and executing data reports, operational plans and processes that best serve our customers
